Special equalisation scheme

The special equalisation scheme (BesAR) was transferred to the new Energy Financing Act (EnFG) for the collection of the KWKG levy and the offshore grid connection levy.

If your company is subject to BesAR and you are obliged to pay the KWKG levy and the offshore grid connection levy to TransnetBW, you can register with us in the EEG/StromPBG portal. Access is centralised via our market partner portal.
