Dr Rainer Pflaum confirmed as CFO of Transnet BW

• Supervisory Board secures continuity in the company’s management

The Supervisory Board of TransnetBW has reappointed Dr Rainer Pflaum as CFO. Pflaum will continue to be responsible for the financial division including Procurement, Economic Grid Management and HR. Chairperson of the Supervisory Board Dr Hans-Josef Zimmer welcomed the decision: “The reappointment of Rainer Pflaum ensures continuity in the management of TransnetBW for the coming years.”

Rainer Pflaum was appointed to the Board of the predecessor company EnBW Transportnetze AG in December 2010. Since it was renamed TransnetBW in 2012, he has been a member of the TransnetBW Executive Board and has been responsible for a number of different business areas as the company has grown. He has been responsible for Finances and Economic Grid Management throughout this period.
